Howard leads a CEO roundtable advisory group that I am part of. He’s an excellent leader and facilitator who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that we can draw on - especially when it comes to financials. He asks us tough questions and challenges us to think outside the box.

He asks us tough questions and challenges us to think outside the box. The thing about coaching is that you only get out what you’re willing to put in. Asking for feedback requires being open and honest and vulnerable. Because I’ve been willing to do that, coaching has made a huge difference for me.
One of my big takeaways from Howard is the idea that “money gives you choices.” He’s encouraged me to think bigger, get off the hamster wheel, and commit to making things happen. As a result, last year was great, this year is on track, and in my heart of hearts I know it’s just going to keep getting better. I feel calm, peaceful, and confident about my ability to make that happen. The thing I appreciate most about Howard is that he genuinely cares and wants to see me succeed. I feel supported knowing that he’s only a phone call or email away.
After working with Howard for several years, I find myself saying things that sound like him or hearing his voice in my head as I go about my day. I’m grateful for the influence he’s had on my business and life and for his ongoing support.
The ROI (return on investment) I’ve received from working with Howard has been tremendous. He makes me think differently and because of that, I’ve grown by leaps and bounds and made financial decisions I wouldn’t have considered without his insights.

He makes me think differently and because of that, I’ve grown by leaps and bounds and made financial decisions I wouldn’t have considered without his insights. One of my biggest challenges has come from being spread thin in terms of time. Howard has done a great job of coaching me with time management and making decisions based on my life and priorities.
I also appreciate getting some outside perspective from someone who has “been there and done that.” With his almost 50 years of experience in the real estate and development industry – he shows me new ways of looking at things and options I hadn’t considered on my own. He’s challenged me to think differently and to find better ways of doing things. In turn, I’ve been able to challenge my partners and the outcome has been highly profitable. Howard is also very candid about sharing things he wishes he’d done differently with the intention of helping me avoid making the same mistakes.
I enjoy having the accountability of a coach. As a business owner, I have no one to report to and I carry all the responsibility for making decisions alone. It’s nice to have a third party to help me keep my commitments. I don’t want to disappoint Howard, so when I say I’ll do something, I get it done. After working with Howard for 3 years, I understand why all high performers have coaches. I wouldn’t go without one now! One of the things I really appreciate about Howard is that he always has the other person’s best interest in mind. He’s not in this for his own financial gain, he’s just a big proponent of coaching and loves helping others.
Howard has been invaluable as a mentor to me. My company has experienced tremendous growth over the past 12 years. When I started working with Howard, my practice was small. We’re now a company of 30 employees and are currently constructing a new clinic.

When you’re the CEO of your own company, you don’t have a “boss” so it’s very helpful to have someone to be your sounding board.
With Howard on my side, I am more likely to stay on track. Without someone to hold me accountable, things tend to sit in the “limbo pile” – instead, I’ve got the accountability and focus that comes from committing to actions before we meet again.
Howard also brings a wealth of experience from running a business that is larger than mine – and a ton of knowledge and expertise about financials.
He helped me think through the many decisions that come with expansion. It’s easy to say “grow bigger” but there are a lot of things to consider. Howard helped me think things through and evaluate the risk of various options.
If you don’t understand the numbers and the KPIs, you can’t make good business decisions. Howard can analyze my numbers and ask pointed questions. That’s the difference between having a coach mentor and having a CPA. My CPA can provide tax strategies, but he doesn’t ask questions like “why did you buy that piece of equipment?”
I appreciate Howard’s straightforward approach. He doesn’t beat around the bush, he’s straight to the point. I have a lot of things on my plate, so I really appreciate his no BS approach.
Having a mentor coach helps you look at the bigger picture instead of getting stuck in the day-to-day. To go from good to excellent requires analysis, focus on the vision, and accountability to the execution.
Howard has helped me grow personally and professionally – beyond what I would have originally envisioned for myself.
I appreciate all that Howard has done for my business and I would 100% recommend him.
Let's get connected and set up a complimentary meeting to see if we are a good fit.
